I Am Exploding With JOY!!

Okay so much has happened these past couple of weeks! Buckle down lol


Lupe Jr got baptized! In the River! It was crazy not gonna lie. Planning it out was soooo stressful, so im very relieved it's done haha. We were worried about it not being private with distractions & people & boats & music & parties, but no. It was perfect! God is such a homie! It was so quiet & no one was around. Lupe was so happy!! 
He got confirmed this Sunday at church and then got the Priesthood after church! And his temple recommend! SO CRAZY! So many amazing things happening. I feel so blessed to be able to witness all of it


Another amazing thing from the week was on Thursday when we went to the temple with Heaven & Derek!! Ahhh I was bursting with joy. Heaven didn't want to get wet again lol so we did confirmations and was a witness & her husband Derek baptized these young boys from our ward. IT WAS SO SPECIAL. 


This whole week was so so amazing, there were moments that I'll hold on to forever. I'm so grateful for my mission, for all of the opportunities I've been given to see God's love & His work unfold. ITS SO AMAZING. 


One last highlight. Someone I taught 1 year ago in my first area got sealed to her husband on Saturday!!! I WAS EXPLODING WITH JOY. I got see my old Bishop and 3ard members and when I saw Laura in the sealing room in all white I just started crying because of the journey it's been. Seeing where it all started to now.. I can't even express how rewarding that is. 


My heart is so full this week in case you can't tell. I love everything about these 16 months. Theres been some really hard times lately & lots of stress but despite that good is happening all around and I know God has been supporting me. I have 2 transfers left and my heart breaks thinking about leaving the WKM. I can't even express my love for the Gospel of Jesus Christ and for the good it has produced in my life. 


I read D&C 19 this week & I want to encourage you all to go read it. It's so good. 
"Learn of me, and listen to my words; walk in the meekness of my Spirit, and you shall have peace in me.
 I am Jesus Christ; I came by the will of the Father, and I do his will."

Heyoooo it's been a rollercoaster of a week. Lots of good and not so good. But that's okay because Satan works hard when he knows we're close to something good! So I've talked about the Winterton family a lot, because we've been working with them alot and just looovveee them. But some sad news, the dad told us he doesn't want missionaries coming over anymore. We were so shocked because we didn't have any clue that they had some concerns. They also seemed so happy to have us over and we looovveeed going over, so we were very sad. Even though we aren't meeting with them anymore I have hope that they'll remember coming to church and having us over and that the spirit will keep working on them!  One huge miracle!! God Is Good!!

Hey!! it was a good week with lots of miracles! God is good We met with Heaven on Saturday night and holy moly what a spiritual lesson! Her husband has a crazy conversion story & when he shares his testimony it's so powerful!! We were talking about Christ's Atonement and I just sat back and listened to him talk and just started crying because the spirit was insane. I love Jesus Christ and His gospel!!! It's so amazing!! The joy it brings is incomparable.  We also met with Lupe Jr who we were teaching for awhile but then passed off to YSA. He had a baptismal date when we taught him but then fell off with the elders. Which is not their fault at all haha Lupe just doesn't like the elders.. he asked us if we could teach him again. So thats kinda awkward because he has a little bit of a flirting problem but we told him he had to be meeting with us for the right reasons lol and he said he is sooo.. were gonna start teaching him again and get him baptized!  We met with our...

Yesterday was Sister Hill 21st birthday!! She is happy and doing great. She is excited to be a trainer and will be awesome. You can email her anytime. Thanks for loving our sweet Sister. Polly olivia.hill@missionary.org What's uppp! It's been a crazy week, little update for yall--> Got my little greenie on Wednesday, Sister Sheppard! Shes so cute & fun, love her already! She's from Phoenix & went to BYU for a little before the mission.  It was the 3 of us for a few days but Sister Plank let this morning, we woke up at 3 to get her to the airport! Crazy! I'll miss her a lot, its been fun!  We had a BOMB lesson with Debbie & I felt the spirit so strongly as we visited with her,  I asked her straight up if she believes in the things we have shared with her. Without hesitation she said Yes!! I just love Debbie so much and I want so badly for her to get on the covenant path back to God!
