Bring'em Heaven!!

What a great, busy, crazy week! It was around 110°s all week but we survived! 


First off, HEAVEN GOT BAPTIZED! What a miracle, honestly, her story is amazing and amazing to me. She grew up catholic & met Derek(who is a less active member) & they got married 2 months ago. It's amazing to see Heaven help Derek come back to church & gain his testimony back! & yesterday he was able to baptize her!!! So special! She was a hard nut to crack but now is one of my best buds! Love her!!


We had the craziest miracle ever this week! We are visiting with some recent converts & watched a video about the Doctrine of Christ, specifically baptism, and the 11 year old granddaughter interrupted our conversation & said "so if I haven't been baptized yet, do I need to?" AND THEN PROCEEDED TO INVITE HERSELF TO BE BAPTIZED. We were absolutely shocked. God really just dropped her into our hands. So now we're teaching Delilah hahahah 
Please pray for her though because she needs to ask her dad permission to be baptized


Here's a crazy story for ya-- we were at the church building for an activity & this homeless lady came in & told us someone was trying to hurt her & she needed help.. so luckily our bishop was there & got some help. Not gonna lie though, I think she was on drugs so she kept talking about these crazy stories & asked me and my companion to take her to get food. Which we can't lol. But we offered to go get food for her so she gave us her Walmart gift card & the only thing she wanted was a Rotisserie chicken & blue powerade haha so we took a little trip. Good times


We had interviews with our mission president this week which was VERY nice. It was good to get to know him better & talk. We had a good convo about life lessons & about why we have trials. 
This week was hard because of some personal problems but it gave me a lot of opportunities to grow & learn about fast forgiveness & repentance. I am so grateful for a Savior who gives me a perfect example to follow so I can be better everyday. I know the stresses of the world can be healed through Jesus Christ<3

Heyoooo it's been a rollercoaster of a week. Lots of good and not so good. But that's okay because Satan works hard when he knows we're close to something good! So I've talked about the Winterton family a lot, because we've been working with them alot and just looovveee them. But some sad news, the dad told us he doesn't want missionaries coming over anymore. We were so shocked because we didn't have any clue that they had some concerns. They also seemed so happy to have us over and we looovveeed going over, so we were very sad. Even though we aren't meeting with them anymore I have hope that they'll remember coming to church and having us over and that the spirit will keep working on them!  One huge miracle!! Kendalyn came to church! Annndd she went up and bore her testimony! It was the sweetest thing in the entire world and made me cryyyy:,) she's so good and is so happy to come back to church. God Is Good!!

Hey!! it was a good week with lots of miracles! God is good We met with Heaven on Saturday night and holy moly what a spiritual lesson! Her husband has a crazy conversion story & when he shares his testimony it's so powerful!! We were talking about Christ's Atonement and I just sat back and listened to him talk and just started crying because the spirit was insane. I love Jesus Christ and His gospel!!! It's so amazing!! The joy it brings is incomparable.  We also met with Lupe Jr who we were teaching for awhile but then passed off to YSA. He had a baptismal date when we taught him but then fell off with the elders. Which is not their fault at all haha Lupe just doesn't like the elders.. he asked us if we could teach him again. So thats kinda awkward because he has a little bit of a flirting problem but we told him he had to be meeting with us for the right reasons lol and he said he is sooo.. were gonna start teaching him again and get him baptized!  We met with our...

Yesterday was Sister Hill 21st birthday!! She is happy and doing great. She is excited to be a trainer and will be awesome. You can email her anytime. Thanks for loving our sweet Sister. Polly olivia.hill@missionary.org What's uppp! It's been a crazy week, little update for yall--> Got my little greenie on Wednesday, Sister Sheppard! Shes so cute & fun, love her already! She's from Phoenix & went to BYU for a little before the mission.  It was the 3 of us for a few days but Sister Plank let this morning, we woke up at 3 to get her to the airport! Crazy! I'll miss her a lot, its been fun!  We had a BOMB lesson with Debbie & I felt the spirit so strongly as we visited with her,  I asked her straight up if she believes in the things we have shared with her. Without hesitation she said Yes!! I just love Debbie so much and I want so badly for her to get on the covenant path back to God!
