Conversion To The Country Life!!

Happy Valentine's Day! I love you all!


We got to spend all day with our district in Heppner Oregon, which is the tiniest town in the whole world but sooo cute. I think I'm slowly converting to country life haha. But seriously though I love small towns! We went and knocked on doors in a town close by that has 50 people living there hahaha


Oof, got some news. I let sister kendrick cut my hair. She cut 4 inches & now I have little hair haha but its fun! A little different but hey, the mission is a good time to do it!


We knocked on this guys door & he answered & told us he wasn't interested but then referred his 10 y/o daughter to us.. haha we were shook but then we met her the next day & she seems super interested! One of her best friends & neighbor is a recent convert so you already know shes gonna be the best fellowship! 


The other day our whole zone got together and we invited a whole bunch of recent converts to come & bare their testimonies. The spirit was strong :,)


This was a good week but also kinda hard because I've felt so tired. During my personal study I read Alma 36:24... I'll put a screenshot down below. It really hit me hard tho. Even if I am tired I know I'm doing all this hard work for a reason. Its to bring people the same happiness I have felt, and its all because of Jesus Christ & His gospel!

Heyoooo it's been a rollercoaster of a week. Lots of good and not so good. But that's okay because Satan works hard when he knows we're close to something good! So I've talked about the Winterton family a lot, because we've been working with them alot and just looovveee them. But some sad news, the dad told us he doesn't want missionaries coming over anymore. We were so shocked because we didn't have any clue that they had some concerns. They also seemed so happy to have us over and we looovveeed going over, so we were very sad. Even though we aren't meeting with them anymore I have hope that they'll remember coming to church and having us over and that the spirit will keep working on them!  One huge miracle!! Kendalyn came to church! Annndd she went up and bore her testimony! It was the sweetest thing in the entire world and made me cryyyy:,) she's so good and is so happy to come back to church. God Is Good!!

Hey!! it was a good week with lots of miracles! God is good We met with Heaven on Saturday night and holy moly what a spiritual lesson! Her husband has a crazy conversion story & when he shares his testimony it's so powerful!! We were talking about Christ's Atonement and I just sat back and listened to him talk and just started crying because the spirit was insane. I love Jesus Christ and His gospel!!! It's so amazing!! The joy it brings is incomparable.  We also met with Lupe Jr who we were teaching for awhile but then passed off to YSA. He had a baptismal date when we taught him but then fell off with the elders. Which is not their fault at all haha Lupe just doesn't like the elders.. he asked us if we could teach him again. So thats kinda awkward because he has a little bit of a flirting problem but we told him he had to be meeting with us for the right reasons lol and he said he is sooo.. were gonna start teaching him again and get him baptized!  We met with our...

Yesterday was Sister Hill 21st birthday!! She is happy and doing great. She is excited to be a trainer and will be awesome. You can email her anytime. Thanks for loving our sweet Sister. Polly olivia.hill@missionary.org What's uppp! It's been a crazy week, little update for yall--> Got my little greenie on Wednesday, Sister Sheppard! Shes so cute & fun, love her already! She's from Phoenix & went to BYU for a little before the mission.  It was the 3 of us for a few days but Sister Plank let this morning, we woke up at 3 to get her to the airport! Crazy! I'll miss her a lot, its been fun!  We had a BOMB lesson with Debbie & I felt the spirit so strongly as we visited with her,  I asked her straight up if she believes in the things we have shared with her. Without hesitation she said Yes!! I just love Debbie so much and I want so badly for her to get on the covenant path back to God!
