Jumping For JOY!!

Wow what a crazy week it's been! I wish I could put in every detail.. but I'll just highlight a few miracles! 


Our friend Judy finally got out of quarantine & so we were able to go visit her. We have been teaching her for awhile so on wednesday when we saw her we had a super spiritual lesson & invited her to be baptized on feb 12th! She had a lot of concerns but the spirit was working hard & we were able to resolve her worries. She thought she had to be perfect to be baptized.. so we cleared that one up haha. If everyone had to be perfect to be baptized, no one would be baptized lol
It was such a powerful lesson & I was literally jumping for joy when we left haha


Our recent convert Amanda just found the Book of Mormon videos & to say she's obsessed is an understatement. We went over to watch an episode with her & it was so fun! The Book of Mormon stories are so cool!!


Mona is another person we are teaching & she is VERY hard to get in contact with. It's been almost a month so we were starting to lose hope. But on Saturday night we were driving down this sketchy road & it was super dark out, then we saw some people in a parking lot working on their car, & we just kept driving by. 
But then as I kept driving I kept having the thought in my head that I needed to go back & talk with them. But I kept pushing that thought away. I made excuses for why not, it was dark, cold, sketchy, we were hungry & wanted to go home, all these excuses! 
But I could literally feel the spirit yell at me to turn around, I had never felt it so strongly before! So I finally flipped around & drove back, we parked & said a prayer that no one would hurt us lol & we went up to them. GUESS WHO IT WAS. Freakin mona & her family!!!! 
It was such a big miracle! I know God made that situation happen & I am so glad I listened to the spirit (even if I was being a little stubborn). We have been trying to get Mona back on track for baptism so this was very needed! 


I wanted to just emphasize again the power of the spirit. It truly does lead us if we let it. When we listen to it, we are listening to God! It helps us make decisions that align us with His will/plan! 


Also wanted to shout out my amazing comp sister kendrick:,) i literally love her & am so blessed to meet such amazing people who help me learn so much. Also she makes me get up at 5:45am to work out which I hate but Im glad she makes me do it haha


I LOVE BEING A MISSIONARY! 70000/10 recommended. My love for others & Jesus Christ has grown A LOT. I feel so blessed. I hope you all have the greatest week!

Heyoooo it's been a rollercoaster of a week. Lots of good and not so good. But that's okay because Satan works hard when he knows we're close to something good! So I've talked about the Winterton family a lot, because we've been working with them alot and just looovveee them. But some sad news, the dad told us he doesn't want missionaries coming over anymore. We were so shocked because we didn't have any clue that they had some concerns. They also seemed so happy to have us over and we looovveeed going over, so we were very sad. Even though we aren't meeting with them anymore I have hope that they'll remember coming to church and having us over and that the spirit will keep working on them!  One huge miracle!! Kendalyn came to church! Annndd she went up and bore her testimony! It was the sweetest thing in the entire world and made me cryyyy:,) she's so good and is so happy to come back to church. God Is Good!!

Hey!! it was a good week with lots of miracles! God is good We met with Heaven on Saturday night and holy moly what a spiritual lesson! Her husband has a crazy conversion story & when he shares his testimony it's so powerful!! We were talking about Christ's Atonement and I just sat back and listened to him talk and just started crying because the spirit was insane. I love Jesus Christ and His gospel!!! It's so amazing!! The joy it brings is incomparable.  We also met with Lupe Jr who we were teaching for awhile but then passed off to YSA. He had a baptismal date when we taught him but then fell off with the elders. Which is not their fault at all haha Lupe just doesn't like the elders.. he asked us if we could teach him again. So thats kinda awkward because he has a little bit of a flirting problem but we told him he had to be meeting with us for the right reasons lol and he said he is sooo.. were gonna start teaching him again and get him baptized!  We met with our...

Greenie Fire!!

Yesterday was Sister Hill 21st birthday!! She is happy and doing great. She is excited to be a trainer and will be awesome. You can email her anytime. Thanks for loving our sweet Sister. Polly olivia.hill@missionary.org What's uppp! It's been a crazy week, little update for yall--> Got my little greenie on Wednesday, Sister Sheppard! Shes so cute & fun, love her already! She's from Phoenix & went to BYU for a little before the mission.  It was the 3 of us for a few days but Sister Plank let this morning, we woke up at 3 to get her to the airport! Crazy! I'll miss her a lot, its been fun!  We had a BOMB lesson with Debbie & I felt the spirit so strongly as we visited with her,  I asked her straight up if she believes in the things we have shared with her. Without hesitation she said Yes!! I just love Debbie so much and I want so badly for her to get on the covenant path back to God!
